I have the worst time finding jeans that fit.
I bought a pair of levis that are suppose to be low rise i tried on dozens of pairs they were the closed to comfortable and there not really even close to comfortable.
There a 18 medium.
There suppose to be low rise but the come up to my belly button.
Short definitely refers to the inseam.
You also probably have a short torso which means most jeans would come up higher on you than someone with a longer torso.
